Shooting death leads to 4-hour police standoff in Atlanta.........

Police say a man has been captured after a deadly shooting of another man that prompted a police standoff enduring over four hours in southwest Atlanta. Atlanta police representative Kim Jones tells nearby news media that 20-year-old Nathaniel Mathis taken into care Saturday evening after the standoff. Relatives of the casualty say the individual executed was 34-year-old Rod Benton, who was the beau of Mathis' sister. Jones says murder warrants are relied upon to be documented against Mathis. Police say the shooter was debilitating to slaughter himself, prompting the standoff. Neighbors in the territory were requested to stay in their homes.
